Initial Couples 90-Minute session: $345

Jocelyn is a Registered Clinical Social Worker. She is the Co-Owner of YMM Collaborative Practice. Jocelyn primarily works from a strength-based, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approach to therapy.
Jocelyn works with individuals and couples seeking support for a broad range of needs, including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, grief, depression and relationship issues. She is also a certified perinatal mental health therapist through Postpartum Support International.
Some of the treatment modalities she uses include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, etc.
Jocelyn is also a Certified Workplace Psychological Health & Safety Consultant who works with organizations to support mental health in the workplace.
